Your company can earn points in the philanthropic competition by raising money, volunteering as a group or collecting items for a food drive. More details below about how to get started.
DONATE AS A TEAM
After your team registers for Corporate Challenge, you’ll receive a custom fundraising link for your company. Share it with your employees and networks - every donation made through your page will earn points toward your overall competition score. To boost participation, consider hosting internal team-vs-team fundraising challenges or allowing employees to “purchase” casual attire days through donations. A little friendly competition can make a big impact.
START A COMPANY FOOD DRIVE
After joining Corporate Challenge, encourage employees to collect and bring in items for a company food drive. Suggested donations include peanut butter, soup (low sodium preferred), jams and preserves, boxed dinners, canned vegetables (low sodium preferred), canned fruit, cereals and oatmeal, and canned proteins.
Collect all items at your office and bring them during the designated drop-off time on Thursday, June 4 (teams will sign up for a time slot later this spring). Points will be awarded based on the total weight of your donation, so think strategically about what you contribute!
VOLUNTEER AS A GROUP
Sign up to volunteer as a group and help bring nourishment to our neighbors. If your company volunteers as a group (any more than 5 people counts), you will be given a lump sum of 25 points. You can only do this once and earn points for it. You can sign your group up by clicking here. Make sure to include in the notes (question 11): Corporate Challenge Team: Your Company's Name or else we won't know to designate points toward your group.
