The Corporate Challenge team is proud to partner with Children’s of Alabama for the 2026 Birmingham Corporate Challenge. Besides being one of the largest employers in the city, they embody everything that the team at Corporate Challenge stands for. They boast a giving spirit, they create proactive initiatives toward health and wellness, and overall, they care infinitely about their surrounding communities. Read on to learn more about their goals for 2025 and how you and your company can help, while also earning points toward your final score.
Make a Financial Donation
After your team registers for Corporate Challenge, you’ll receive a custom fundraising link for your company. Share it with your employees and networks—every donation made through your page will earn points toward your overall competition score. To boost participation, consider hosting team-vs-team fundraising challenges or allowing employees to “purchase” casual attire days through donations. A little friendly competition can make a big impact.
Purchase Items off the Wish List
After joining Corporate Challenge, encourage employees to collect and bring in items that are listed on the Children's Hospital Wish List - things like crayons, markers, colored pencils, coloring books (child and adult), children's card games and more. Collect all items at your office and bring them during the designated drop-off time the week of Corporate Challenge (teams will sign up for a time slot later this spring). Points will be awarded based on the items you bring (various items have different point totals), so think strategically about what you contribute! You can learn more about the items you can collect and their varying point values here.
Host an Info Session
Spread the word about all the wonderful things Children’s Hospital is doing in our community by hosting an informational meeting at your office, either in person or virtual. Simply sign up at this link here and someone from Children's will reach out to schedule your info session.
