Homerun Derby

Warm up that arm and get ready to slam it out of the park. Teams compete in a home run derby using wiffle balls, in a format similar to the MLB's. Batters have one minute to hit as many home runs as possible. Each batter's count is its own result, and your best count.

Division I: We take the top 2 scores

Division II: We take the top 3 scores

Each batting group brings its own pitcher.

How it's scored: Your highest individual home run counts added together — higher is better.

Reminder: 

This event is scored based on your team's best results, not on everyone's results added together. "Counts" is how many of your results are added up to make your team score. Counts is a floor, not a target. Bring as many people as you like. If your division’s “Counts is 3” and you enter 10 people, your best three make your score, and the other seven sit harmlessly on the record - a weak result can never drag you down. “Counts” is also the minimum you need before you can be ranked at all: enter fewer results than your division's “Counts”, and you keep the 10 points for entering, but you cannot place.
